Guidelines:This
information within this contract is correct.I am the owner of this business and take responsibility for requests
made.I understand that ADappeal does not take responsibility
for the outcome published or printed.If
ADappeal supplied a new design, I agree that I have viewed the sample design presented
and authorize publication and/or print.If
ADappeal created my ad, I understand that the graphics, design, layout and/or
logo of my request are mine to use with or without ADappeal.
Payment:I
understand that payment is due at the time that this contract is agreed and
signed.For maintaining my ad/s,
invoices are month to month and payment is prepaid and due upon received.If payment is not received before the posting
dates indicated on the invoice, ads will not post until invoice paid.I understand that ADappeal is required to publish my ad within 24 hours of payment
received or as indicated on the contract. I have the opportunity to pay up
front and continue this contract for a minimum of 1 month from the date
signed.
Use
of Websites:
I understand that the tools (websites) used such as:Craigslist, Backpage, MySpace,
can and may change their terms and conditions of usage at any time.Postings agreed within this contract may be
subject to changes that are beyond the control of ADappeal. If ADappeal is unable to continue maintaining
due to cancellation, restrictions or security enhancements forced by such
websites, ADappeal will request up to
7 days of paused time (postings) to evaluate and adjust to maintain ads.If ADappeal
is unable to maintain services after 7 days, the client is due money back
for all postings not met within this contract. Flagging or deleted ads may
happen and is completely out of the control of ADappeal.We can not be responsible for when a seeker
or competitor chooses to delete your ad.If your ad is placed (by your request) in a section of craigslist that
is questionable to the view and or craigslist, this too can be flagged or
deleted and out of the control of ADappeals agreement to post.However, we do monitor your deleted ads and
make every effort to make the necessary changes to get your ad back up when
possible.
Cancellation:Should the client cancel this contract at any
time prior to the agreed terms, you will not be refunded for the dates paid up
front.If ADappeal chooses to cancel this contract, all money is refunded
with the exception of postings launched as agreed within this contract.
